Description Turning on the tap and watching clean water flow out is something that most of us take for granted. In many parts of the world, however, getting a glass of water isn't so simple. Accordingly, creative people are coming up with solutions to the problem of water scarcity around the globe. In Ghana, a team of engineers has developed a method by which humidity in the air can be converted into water. Scientists at NASA sent a device to the International Space Station that will allow astronauts stationed there to recycle their urine into drinking water. And, as seen in the latest video in GOOD's Look series, a village in South Africa has been transformed by the introduction of the Hippo Roller, an innovation that has changed the way water is gathered and transported.
