Kuro Games has unveiled a first glimpse of Rinascita, the second nation of Solaris-3, set to debut in Wuthering Waves Version 2.0. Along with this reveal, the developer announced that the update will launch on January 2, 2025, immediately following the conclusion of Version 1.4.
Since its release in May 2024, Wuthering Waves has grown into a formidable contender in the open-world gacha genre, earning a nomination for The Game Awards in the Best Mobile Game category. Earlier this month, the game introduced its 1.4 update, featuring Resonators Camellya and Lumi, alongside fresh content set in the Huanglong nation. Speculation that Version 1.4 would mark the end of the Huanglong arc has now been confirmed, as players prepare to explore a new region in the game.
In a trailer shared on social media, Kuro Games offered a sneak peek at Rinascita's vibrant landscapes and unique culture. The storyline will see Rover and their companion Abby journey from Huanglong to Ragunna, a lively city in Rinascita known for its masked carnivals. This shift in setting comes as Abby begins to experience unusual symptoms of sleepiness and hunger. The trailer also teased glimpses of Rinascita's scenery, new creatures, and two mysterious characters, sparking excitement within the community.
