Hints of Mizuki’s arrival can already be found in-game, as NPCs from the People of the Springs recently mentioned that an Inazuman would soon open a shop in their village—similar to how previous characters like Chiori were teased through voice lines before their debut.
Release Timing and Banner Implications
Leaks indicate that Mizuki will follow Lan Yan’s release and is expected to appear on Event Banners starting February 12, 2025. As a Standard Banner 5-Star, players aiming for Mizuki are advised to prioritize obtaining her Signature Weapon during its initial release, as there’s no guarantee it will reappear frequently outside of the Chronicled Banner. This approach mirrors past cases with weapons like Hunter’s Path and Beacon of the Reed Sea.
